Pedialac Nursing Services offers in home Speech Therapy for all ages focusing on the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders and swallowing disorders. They provide skilled clinical services through evaluation and treatment of a variety of communication problems resulting from Stroke, accidents, disease, illness, or developmental delays. They focus on the ability to understand words and the ability to use words to express ourselves.

Occupational Therapy

Pedialac Nursing Services offers in home Occupational Therapy for all ages. Our Occupational therapists help patients recover or develop skills needed to perform activities of daily living to help them achieve independence, meaning and satisfaction in all aspects of their lives. They develop, improve, sustain, or restore independence and function to any person who has an injury, illness, disability or psychological dysfunction. The occupational therapist’s goal is to provide the client with skills for the job of living – those necessary to function in the community or in the client’s chosen environment.

Physical Therapy

Pedialac Nursing Services offers home based physical therapy for all ages. Our Physical Therapists focus on the remediation of impairments and disabilities and the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through evaluation, diagnosis and physical intervention.

They assess patients’ musculoskeletal system and educate patients/families on safety and mobility. Our physical therapy team works directly with you to create a customized plan of action that will help you meet your goals and get back to your desired levels of pain-free strength and mobility.
